We saw one house about 10 hours before the offer deadline and Kim helped us put together our first offer and submit it in time. That offer wasn’t accepted (we were one of five offers), but Kim’s research helped us set an offer price that was extremely close to the offer that was accepted for that property. When we took a second look at another property that we were considering, Kim encouraged us to also look at other properties in the same neighbourhood and price range.
