She checked up balances of new house warranties and did her homework in comparing recent sales in the area for similar style and size homes. Kim is great! She was very helpful and informative in our search for our first house. She was able to work well under tight deadlines in the fast-moving market. We saw one house about 10 hours before the offer deadline and Kim helped us put together our first offer and submit it in time. That offer wasn’t accepted (we were one of five offers), but Kim’s research helped us set an offer price that was extremely close to the offer that was accepted for that property. When we took a second look at another property that we were considering, Kim encouraged us to also look at other properties in the same neighbourhood and price range. Through this, we found houses that were much more suited to us and we ended up purchasing one of the others we looked at that night. The house needed some work, but Kim helped us see past that to see the value of the property. We are very happy with our new home!
