My wife and I couldn’t be happier with her help. She was very patient with our inexperience and questions. We had wanted to purchase a home in our area so our children could attend the same school, Kim kindly suggested some other areas where the resale value would be better (too many expired listings in our area) and we could get more bang for our buck. She is extremely professional and dedicated to her business, but is also kind, thoughtful and very caring in her approach to helping us through the process of both preparing our home for selling and the actual selling of our home. When we hit snags along the way, she was diligent in coming up with and following through with an action plan. She made the selling of our home quick, efficient and profitable!

She was very helpful and informative in our search for our first house. She was able to work well under tight deadlines in the fast-moving market. We saw one house about 10 hours before the offer deadline and Kim helped us put together our first offer and submit it in time. That offer wasn’t accepted (we were one of five offers), but Kim’s research helped us set an offer price that was extremely close to the offer that was accepted for that property. When we took a second look at another property that we were considering, Kim encouraged us to also look at other properties in the same neighbourhood and price range. Through this, we found houses that were much more suited to us and we ended up purchasing one of the others we looked at that night. The house needed some work, but Kim helped us see past that to see the value of the property. We are very happy with our new home!

Kim was always available to meet at convenient times and was flexible with our schedules. Kim was extremely easy to contact and regularly showed immediate responses to emails/texts/phone calls. She checked up balances of new house warranties and did her homework in comparing recent sales in the area for similar style and size homes. When selling our old home, again she reviewed recent sales in the area and checked out our zoning area to see how it could affect sell price. She staged our home and it looked amassing with just a few changes. Between advertising, an open house on a Sat. and many showings, our house was sold in just over a week at over asking price, (which was higher than we imagined) She worked hard and we all received the perfect result.
